OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Authorities located  a missing Overland Park man who has a number of health conditions, including Alzheimer’s.

Police say that Fred L. Labelle, 77, was reported missing on Saturday after leaving a note saying that he was driving to his childhood home in Racine, Wisconsin. Authorities say that Labelle has Alzheimer’s, diabetes and a heart condition.

Police located Mr. Labelle, overnight, in Oskaloosa IA at the Comfort Inn. He was uninjured but was taken to the local hospital as a precaution.  The family has been notified and is making arrangements to pick him up.
