KANSAS CITY, Mo. – When it comes time to start over with a new job or path in life many local women lack the wardrobe to help them along. Kim Case from the Missouri Sheriff’s Office and victim’s advocate visited FOX 4 to chat about a local organization that is working to help women across the metro dress for success.
